Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an Account Development Manager to drive sales growth in the Mentor, OH area through field-based and remote engagement with Pittsburgh Paints Store accounts.

You will expand existing business, develop new relationships, and increase product adoption by delivering consultative solutions and territory plans. This role requires strong relationship-building and the ability to travel daily within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong prospecting skills and hunter mentality.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and increasing product adoption.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
• Build and maintain strong customer partnerships to minimize sales loss.
• Create and execute territory sales plans to maximize market coverage.
• Utilize consultative selling to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Track activity, forecasts and performance using CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Customer Service to support customer success.
