Job summary

Snap! Mobile in Santa Barbara, CA, is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth across schools and organizations in your territory. You will establish relationships and grow existing business, earning credibility with athletic directors, coaches, and administrators.

You will manage a full sales cycle, track progress in HubSpot, and advance opportunities from outreach to close, with clear targets and regular compensation updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic territory plan.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience presenting to administrators, coaches, and directors.

Responsibilities

• Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing and executing a territory plan.
• Earn credibility as an industry expert for athletic directors, coaches, and administrators.
• Understand customer objectives and articulate relevant technology trends.
• Represent Snap! Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities.
• Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools and districts.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Maintain customer records in HubSpot.
