Job summary

Candid is seeking an Associate Account Executive to build relationships with dental practices across New Mexico and West Texas. This field-based, territory-focused role rewards energy, speed, and results, with a base salary of $70,000 plus commission.

You'll prospect, develop a pipeline, support sales conversations, onboard new accounts, and work closely with experienced Account Executives to grow your territory. Willingness to travel daily and occasional overnight stays is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional sales experience; dental, orthodontic, or medical device background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel daily, with overnight travel 4-6 times a year.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop leads in the territory to build a robust pipeline.
• Provide sales support including presentations, product demos, and follow-up.
• Launch and grow new accounts through onboarding and training.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and activity records.
• Build relationships with dentists, practice owners, and other decision-makers.
• Coordinate local events to drive practice engagement and growth.
