Job summary

Candid seeks an Associate Account Executive to join the Northern New Jersey and Westchester County territory. You’ll build relationships with dental practices, create new business opportunities, and help practices adopt and grow with Candid.

This field-based role rewards high energy and strong communication. You’ll develop your pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with Account Executives to own a growing territory.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional sales experience; dental, orthodontic, or medical device background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Daily field travel with overnight travel 4-6x/year
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead development to build a robust pipeline.
• Support with sales presentations, practice visits, product demonstrations, and follow-up.
• Educate clients and confidently answer product questions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity information in Salesforce.
• Launch and grow new accounts through onboarding, training, and product education.
