Job summary

Candid, a dental tech company reimagining orthodontics, is seeking an Account Executive in a fast-paced market. You will drive growth by prospecting dentists, conducting demos, guiding onboarding, and nurturing relationships to expand our clear aligner business across Northern New Jersey and Westchester County.

You'll need strong communication, a hunter mindset, and comfort with clinical discussions about Candid products. Travel will be extensive, and a college degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• B2B, clear aligner outside sales experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Business & Marketing knowledge including ROI, P&L discussions.
• Comfort discussing Candid products with clinicians.
• Extensive travel within the territory, including overnight trips.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to build a robust pipeline.
• Demos and Lunch & Learn sessions for prospective practices.
• Client acquisition and onboarding for new clients.
• Account management and growth through ongoing client engagement.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
