Candid is a dynamic dental technology company seeking an Account Executive to drive growth by engaging with dentists and practices in the New Mexico and West Texas territory. You will lead demos, guide onboarding, and nurture existing relationships to expand the clear aligner business.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, relationship-building, and a proactive, results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Business-to-business (B2B), clear aligner outside sales experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for dentists and practices in NM and West Texas.
• Organize and conduct lunch and learn demos highlighting product benefits.
• Collaborate with sales to convert leads to signed clients and manage onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, providing ongoing support to maximize growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends and continuously sharpen sales techniques.
