Job summary

Candid is seeking a driven Associate Account Executive to join a fast-paced, results-oriented team in the Northern Los Angeles territory. You will build relationships with dental practices, grow a robust pipeline, and help practices adopt and expand with Candid’s telehealth and clear aligner solutions.

The role emphasizes field travel, collaborates with Account Executives, and aims to scale practices through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional sales experience; dental, orthodontic, or medical device background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Daily field travel with overnight travel 4-6x/year.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop leads in territory, build pipeline across channels.
• Support sales presentations, practice visits, and product demonstrations.
• Launch and grow new accounts through onboarding, training, and product education.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and developments in the dental industry.
