Job summary

Candid is seeking an Associate Account Executive for the New Mexico and West Texas territory. In this field-based role, you’ll build a robust pipeline by prospecting dental practices, supporting sales conversations, and onboarding new accounts with our orthodontic technology.

You will partner with Account Executives to drive growth in a fast-paced market. You’ll need 1–3 years of professional sales experience (dental/orthodontic or medical device preferred), a Bachelor's degree, and strong

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional sales experience; dental, orthodontic, or medical device background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to daily field travel and overnight travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop dental practice leads within the territory.
• Support sales conversations with presentations, visits, and product demos.
• Educate clients on Candid's products and solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Launch and grow new accounts through onboarding and training.
