Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to drive admissions and expand patient census in a defined territory. This outside sales role focuses on the sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes to position Elara Caring as a premier provider of in-home care.

You will liaise with medical professionals to connect patients and families with high-quality home care services, leveraging training on Elara's value and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results.
• Understands referral sources and decision makers.
• Strong problem-solving to meet patient and business needs.
• Confident interacting with health care professionals at all levels.
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed objectives.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic and cooperative.
