Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive Sales in Dallas to drive admissions and expand the patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role focuses on promoting clinical programs and outcomes to establish Elara Caring as a top provider of in-home care in local communities.

You will collaborate with medical professionals, leveraging Elara’s Go-To-Market sales strategy, and work to connect high-quality in-home care with eligible patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with teams.
• Demonstrated sales acumen with proven results.
• Understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.
• Strong problem-solving skills to meet patient and business needs.
• Confident interacting with health care professionals at all levels.
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed objectives.
• Willingness to cooperate with others or in place of others.
