Elara Caring is recruiting an Account Executive to drive admissions and patient census within a defined Texas territory. You will engage healthcare professionals, promote in-home care programs, and expand Elara Caring’s presence across communities.

The role emphasizes independent work, team collaboration, and a proven sales track record, with competitive compensation and strong onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Demonstrates an understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision-makers are.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Generating admissions and growing patient census in a designated territory.
• Sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes to be a top provider of care.
• Connect Elara Caring’s in-home care to eligible patients and families.
• Work with a wide range of medical professionals to coordinate care.
