Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to generate admissions and grow patient census within a designated territory. This outside sales role involves marketing clinical programs and outcomes to position us as a top in-home care provider.

You will work with a broad range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home care with eligible patients and families, supported by training, coaching, and a growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results.
• Understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.

Responsabilités

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes to be a top provider of care in our communities.
• Connect Elara Caring’s in-home care to eligible patients and families through relationships with health care professionals.
