Job summary

LocaliQ, powered by the USA TODAY Network, is seeking an Account Executive–Outside Sales to drive growth across Langhorne, PA and surrounding regions. This hybrid, client-facing role combines in-market engagement with remote work, requiring a balance of hunting new business and growing a managed book of clients.

You will lead discovery, build data-driven marketing strategies, and present integrated digital and traditional solutions tailored to each client’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales with success in new business development or account growth.
• Experience in media or digital marketing sales preferred.
• Ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close.
• Strong prospecting across phone, email, social, networking, and outreach.
• Experience using CRM with disciplined pipeline management and follow-up.
• Comfort discussing digital marketing solutions (search, social, display, video).
• Excellent communication, business curiosity, and data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with CRM, MS Office, and AI tools like Copilot.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build a consistent prospecting cadence to develop a strong pipeline.
• Manage and grow a book of clients with new business development and account expansion.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Build and present data-informed marketing proposals aligned to client goals.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close with CRM discipline.
• Partner with internal teams to support strong client outcomes.
• Stay engaged post-sale with reporting, optimization, and renewals.
