Job summary

LocaliQ, powered by the USA TODAY Network, is seeking an Account Executive- Outside Sales in a hybrid, territory-based role covering Langhorne, PA and surrounding regions. You will hunt net-new business and manage existing client relationships, delivering tailored marketing solutions.

You will partner with post-sale teams to optimize campaigns and provide measurable results, with robust onboarding and coaching to help you succeed in a consultative sales environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales with new business growth.
• Experience in media, digital marketing, advertising sales preferred.
• Full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery through close.
• Strong prospecting across phone, email, social, networking and relationships.
• CRM and sales tools with disciplined pipeline management.
• Comfort discussing digital marketing solutions (search, social, display and video).

Responsibilities

• Build a consistent prospecting cadence to develop a strong pipeline.
• Manage and grow a book of clients, balancing new business and account expansion.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand goals and growth opportunities.
• Build and present data-informed marketing proposals aligned to client goals.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close with CRM accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client outcomes.
• Maintain post-sale engagement through reporting and optimization.
