LocaliQ, powered by the USA TODAY Network, is hiring an Account Executive—Outside Sales for Langhorne, PA and surrounding region. This hybrid, client-facing role blends in-person territory coverage with remote work, demanding proactive prospecting and consultative selling across digital and traditional marketing solutions to help client growth.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, partner with internal teams, and leverage data-driven strategies to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with new business development and account growth.
• Experience in media, digital marketing, or advertising sales preferred.
• Able to run a full-cycle consultative sales process from discovery to close.
• Strong prospecting across phone, email, social, and networking.
• Experience using CRM and sales tools with disciplined pipeline management.
• Comfort with digital marketing solutions (search, social, display, video).
• Excellent communication, business acumen, and data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build a consistent prospecting cadence to develop a strong pipeline.
• Manage and grow a book of clients balancing new business development and retention.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand goals and growth opportunities.
• Build data-informed marketing proposals connecting strategy to client goals.
• Own full sales cycle—from initial outreach through close with CRM updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client outcomes.
• Maintain post-sale engagement through reporting and optimization.
