Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs sales calls, visits customer facilities, presents Mohawk products, quotes prices, takes orders and closes transactions.
• Monitors territory performance and takes action to improve results.
• Provides customer service and relays product feedback to management.
• Assists in establishing territory objectives with leadership and ensures policy compliance.
• Develops territory plans and provides forecasts and reports.
