Qualifications

• 1-3 years of progressively responsible sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs Sales Calls including travel to customers, presenting Mohawk products, quoting prices, taking orders, and closing transactions.
• Monitors territory performance against objectives and takes actions to improve results.
• Provides customer service and gathers product feedback to inform product line managers and customer service.
• Helps establish territory sales objectives and ensures activities comply with policies and procedures.
• Keeps management informed of industry and territory changes and reports field activities for planning.
• Develops a territory coverage plan defining support and contact frequency to meet goals.
• Performs regional analysis and develops sales forecasts by customer and product; identifies improvement opportunities.
• Assists in budgeting and manages company-owned equipment and expenses.
