Job summary

LUX Infusion is redefining infusion care to be more human, supportive, and connected, with a clinician-led US-based team. The Territory Account Executive will own the Trenton, NJ territory, building high-value referral networks and guiding providers through LUX’s comprehensive infusion offerings, including IG home-based and suite-based care.

Success requires 3+ years of B2B healthcare sales, a focus on quota attainment, and strong relationship-building with physicians, care teams, and hospital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years of documented B2B sales success in healthcare or related fields.
• Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
• Experience selling healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy or home care services.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, clinics and hospital systems.
• Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on infusion offerings and care coordination.
• Communicate LUX’s support model including insurance reimbursement and patient onboarding.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support complex patient cases.
• Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools to achieve quotas.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability in provider interactions.
