Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or healthcare provider office practice management.
  • 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Retail and Specialty Pharmacy reimbursement concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory access plan to support patient access.
  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements, prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
  • Coordinate with sales, patient services, hub/pharmacy partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Document activities in the approved CRM system and report field insights.
  • Maintain ROE compliance and participate in client meetings and visits.
  • Provide office education on access processes and patient service programs.
