Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as the access resource in an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources, focusing on cardiovascular products.

You will develop a territory access plan, coordinate with cross-functional teams, document activities in CRM, and ensure compliant ROE adherence while supporting patient access and payer trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales in healthcare.
• Experience educating offices and HCPs on access processes and patient service programs.
• Knowledge of payer landscape, formularies, prior authorizations, and denials.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Develop and execute territory access plan and track activity in CRM.
• Coordinate with sales, market access, and hub partners to support patient access.
