Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role across an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient services, coordinating with sales and market access teams.

The role requires 3+ years in reimbursement or related areas, a 4-year degree, and the ability to travel 3-4 days weekly within the territory. You will help offices obtain insurance authorization for products and maintain compliant ROE

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related areas.
• Experience educating HCPs and office staff on access processes (copay, prior auth).
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D for Pharmacy Benefit products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory access plans in line with ROE.
• Educate providers on payer requirements, prior authorizations, and denials.
• Coordinate with sales, hub/pharmacy partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Document activities in CRM and monitor payer trends to inform strategy.
• Travel 3-4 days a week within assigned territory.
