Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role across the assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources, while coordinating with sales, market access, and hub partners to optimize access outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing a territory access plan, prioritizing accounts, and documenting activity in CRM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related areas.
• Ability to educate offices on access processes and patient service programs.
• Strong analytic capabilities and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Travel 3–4 days a week within territory; reside within geography.
