Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a contracted, field-based role. You will educate providers on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and access resources, while coordinating with sales and hub partners in a cardiovascular portfolio.

You will develop a territory access plan, prioritize accounts, visit offices, and document activities in the CRM. Travel 3–4 days/week within the territory is expected, with ROE-compliant interactions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in one or more: Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales.
  • 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Cardiovascular/Cardiology and Hospital Healthcare Systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities to support patient access and liaise with support services.
  • Educate offices on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals and denials.
  • Provide in-person customer visits.
  • Participate in client meetings and cross-functional calls; input activity into CRM.
  • Serve as local access and reimbursement expert for the assigned geography.
  • Use client-approved materials and resources in engagements.
  • Identify field access insights and payer trends to drive improvements.
  • Report adverse events and product complaints per policy.
