Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as a dedicated resource in an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and product access resources to support patient access.

The role involves developing a territory access plan, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and documenting activities in a CRM system. Travel 3–4 days weekly within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services or Sales within healthcare.
• Experience educating healthcare providers on access processes and copays.
• Ability to travel 3–4 days per week within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory access plan with defined objectives.
• Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate with sales, hub partners and CMS policies as applicable.
• Document activities in the approved CRM platform.
• Provide in-person visits and field education to HCPs and staff.
