Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role in Phoenix, AZ. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, assist with access and reimbursement, and coordinate with sales, market access, and patient services to optimize patient access for cardiovascular products.

The role requires 3+ years in related areas, a 4-year degree, and the ability to travel 3–4 days per week. You will work within ROE guidelines and document activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related areas.
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Travel 3–4 days per week; reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory access plan and prioritize accounts.
• Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient services.
• Coordinate with sales, market access, hub/specialty partners and other stakeholders.
• Document activities in the CRM platform and monitor payer policy trends.
• Provide office education on access processes including prior authorizations, appeals, and claims resolution.
