Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a contracted, field-based role in the assigned territory. The ARM educates provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support resources, and access programs.

You will coordinate with sales, hub partners, and other stakeholders to optimize access and document activities in the CRM. The role requires 3–4 days of travel per week within the territory and a strong analytic mindset to develop a territory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales or healthcare office management.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and hospital healthcare systems experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within the territory.
• Strong business acumen and analytic capabilities.
• Experience educating offices on access processes and patient service programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Provide in-person customer visits and participate in client meetings.
• Coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, hub partners, and CRM documentation.
• Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the assigned geography.
• Use client-approved materials and communicate field insights to internal stakeholders.
• Identify barriers to reimbursement and report insights for continuous improvement.
