Job summary

Stratis Group in Detroit is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as the access resource for a designated territory. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related sales.
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology or hospital healthcare systems experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel 3-4 days per week within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to support patient access in provider offices.
• Educate offices on prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Provide in-person customer visits and participate in client meetings.
• Document activities in CRM and communicate field insights to stakeholders.
• Work within ROE guidelines and coordinate with sales, market access, and hub partners.
