Job summary

Stratis Group, a pharmaceutical consulting firm, seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) for a field-based role across a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources to ensure appropriate access for products in the cardiovascular area.

Responsibilities include developing a territory access plan, coordinating with field partners, and documenting activities in CRM.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related sales roles
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Cardiovascular/ Cardiology exposure a plus
  • Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within territory
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience educating healthcare providers and staff on access processes
  • Knowledge of retail and specialty pharmacy payer landscapes
  • Proven ability to develop trusted internal partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory access plans
  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement
  • Coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, and hubs
  • Document activities in CRM with timely updates
  • Provide in-person visits and participate in client meetings
  • Monitor payer policies, formulary coverage and prior authorization trends
  • Communicate changes to internal stakeholders and educate on access processes
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and travel arrangements
