Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as the primary access and reimbursement resource within a designated territory. You will educate provider offices on payer policies, reimbursement processes, and patient support services to enable product access.

The role involves developing territory access plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with ROE. Travel to client sites is required to support field activities and education.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related sales.
• Experience educating healthcare providers on access processes and payer requirements.
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory access plans.
• Educate providers on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support options.
• Visit provider offices in person to support access and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with sales, market access, and hub/pharmacy partners.
• Document activities in CRM and monitor payer policy and formulary changes.
• Ensure compliant use of client-approved materials and ROE.
