Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as the dedicated access and reimbursement resource in an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and approved access resources, with focus on cardiovascular products.

You will develop and execute a territory access plan, coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, and hub partners, and document activities in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in Managed Care or field reimbursement.
• Ability to educate providers on access processes and payer requirements.
• Strong understanding of retail and specialty pharmacy access pathways.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to support patient access in provider offices.
• Educate offices on prior authorizations, Appeals, and Denials.
• Provide in-person visits and participate in client meetings.
• Input activities into CRM and report insights to stakeholders.
• Serve as local access and reimbursement expert for the geography.
