Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as a dedicated resource within an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources, coordinating with sales and hub partners and documenting activities in the CRM platform.

The role requires 3+ years in related areas, a 4-year degree, travel 3-4 days weekly, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, Sales or healthcare office management.
  • 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Cardiovascular/Cardiology and hospital systems experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days a week and reside within the territory.
  • Strong business acumen and analytic capabilities.
  • Experience educating providers on access processes and patient service programs.

Responsibilities

  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes.
  • Develop and execute territory access plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Coordinate with sales, patient services and hub partners; document activities in CRM.
  • Serve as local access and reimbursement expert for the geography; monitor payer policy and formulary changes.
  • Deliver in-person visits and educational presentations to HCPs and staff.
  • Ensure compliant use of client materials and ROE guidelines.
