Orkin invites applications for a Termite Sales Inspector in Huntington Beach. You will deliver persuasive presentations, protecting homes with industry-leading termite solutions while joining a team that prioritizes safety, integrity, and customer care.

The role blends sales drive with award-winning training. You’ll earn $23/hour during training; after licensure, expect a base salary plus commission, plus a company vehicle and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trust.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win their confidence.
