Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in Huntington Beach, CA. You’ll leverage a strong brand to protect homeowners while maximizing earnings through base pay plus commissions. No prior industry experience is required, and comprehensive training is provided.

You’ll drive sales, build relationships, and attend to customer needs with professionalism. A company vehicle is provided along with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections and build trusted relationships to protect homes.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Explain processes clearly and set expectations for customers.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
