Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to provide expert termite protection guidance to homeowners. You will conduct comprehensive 360 inspections, explain practical solutions, and build trusted relationships.

A strong service mindset, good communication, and the ability to work independently are essential. Initially, you’ll be paid $23 per hour during training, then transition to base salary plus commission with company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with available advertising leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address identified issues.
