Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in California to protect homes with industry-leading termite protection and to build trusted relationships with homeowners. You’ll explain solutions clearly, perform comprehensive inspections, and drive sales while upholding safety and professionalism.

You’ll receive award-winning training, a company vehicle, and a competitive total compensation package ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, with benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience is required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions to homeowners.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
• Schedule sales appointments, meet with potential customers in their homes, and present Orkin products for peace of mind.
