Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to deliver pest protection with the Orkin brand. You’ll conduct 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces, build trusted homeowner relationships, and present practical solutions with confidence and care.

Training is provided, with a path to leadership as you grow within the team. You’ll start with competitive earnings and a company vehicle, then transition to base salary plus commissions after licensure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and recommend strategic solutions to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and build trust with homeowners.
• Explain professional solutions clearly and listen to customer needs to win their trust.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes to discuss Orkin products and services.
• Use company tools (iPad) to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
