Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in the San Diego area. You will perform comprehensive termite inspections, explain pest protection options, and build lasting relationships with homeowners.

This role offers a strong earning potential and a clear path to leadership, with a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. Initial training pays $23/hour for 90 days, then transitions to base salary plus commission.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• No industry experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to obtain pesticide license (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Perform 360 termite inspections from attic to crawlspace and provide recommendations.
• Schedule and conduct home visits with customers to explain pest protection solutions.
• Build trust with customers and close the sale with Orkin products and services.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
