Orkin is hiring a Termite Sales Inspector in Huntington Beach, CA. You will leverage a strong brand, award-winning training, and a focus on protecting homeowners by performing in-depth termite inspections and delivering tailored protection plans.

No prior industry experience is required for starting, with on-the-job training, a company vehicle, and a clear path to leadership as you grow with Orkin.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and build trusted relationships.
• Explain practical solutions and set expectations with customers.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
