Orkin is seeking an enthusiastic Termite Sales Inspector in Temecula, CA. You will leverage an iconic brand and award-winning training to protect homes while pursuing high-earning commission-based earnings.

During initial training you earn $23 per hour; after licensure, base salary plus commission applies. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. No industry experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsabilités

• You will understand Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions, winning over customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes, explaining products and services.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
