Orkin in Riverside, CA is hiring an enthusiastic Termite Sales Inspector to deliver trusted pest protection for homes. You’ll perform 360 inspections, explain practical solutions, and build trusted relationships with customers, driving growth with prospecting and a strong incentive plan.

You’ll start with comprehensive training, earn a competitive base with commission, and enjoy a full benefits package including a company vehicle, 401(k), and paid time off as you advance toward leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Win over customers with confidence and care through listening and clear explanations.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address issues identified.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
