Orkin is hiring an experienced Termite Sales Inspector in California. You will perform comprehensive inspections, understand termite protection services, and make strategic recommendations to homeowners.

The role combines high-performance sales with award-winning training and a path to leadership within a trusted, national brand. You can earn a competitive total compensation of $60,000–$100,000 per year plus a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and build trusted relationships to protect homes and families.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with homeowners to explain how Orkin’s products provide peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of homes and make informed recommendations, addressing questions and setting expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
