Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to join our team in Virginia. In this role, you will perform interior and exterior home inspections, identify pest risks, and educate homeowners on recommended solutions to protect their homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification; we cover the cost of training and licensing.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
