Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections, identify pest risks, and present tailored protection plans to homeowners. You will build trust through expert consultations and outstanding service, using company technology for documentation and scheduling.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Sales experience preferred.
Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (training/licensing provided).

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
