Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in Virginia to join our field sales team. You will conduct 360 interior and exterior inspections, identify pest risks, and recommend tailored protection plans to homeowners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required. Training/licensing costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to conduct interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity and pest concerns; assess risk factors.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on customer needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and outstanding customer service.
• Follow up on leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to hit income and performance goals.
