Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections and to present termite protection options. You will build trusted relationships with homeowners, explain findings, and propose effective solutions to protect their homes.

This role emphasizes client service, schedule management, and achieving sales targets through a combination of base pay and commissions. Training and licenses are provided where required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; company covers training/licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
