Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in Virginia to conduct 360 home inspections, identifying termite activity and pest concerns while presenting trusted protection plans. This role emphasizes customer care, professional consultations, and building lasting relationships with homeowners.

You will leverage award-winning training and support to drive sales, manage a schedule, and achieve income goals. The position includes a company vehicle, paid training, and benefits, with uncapped commission

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification; training and licensing costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
