Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to join its trusted team. You’ll deliver a persuasive pitch for termite protection services, perform thorough 360° inspections from attics to crawl spaces, and build trusted relationships with homeowners while championing safety, integrity, and service excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required for the role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces and beyond to identify issues and protect homes and families.
• Prioritize safety and maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Prospect for new business, manage leads, and schedule sales appointments with potential customers in their homes.
• Explain products and services clearly, set expectations, and close sales using provided iPad and training.
