Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in Virginia to conduct 360 home inspections, identify termite activity, and design protection plans for homeowners. You’ll educate customers on findings and solutions, build trusted relationships, and manage a sales pipeline to achieve income goals.

Earn between $75,000 and $100,000+ in the first year with base pay plus commissions; training, company vehicle, and benefits are included to support your success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred and helps you close deals.
• Strong customer-service mindset is important for homeowner interactions.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to conduct interior and exterior inspections.
• Identify termite activity and conditions affecting risk.
• Explain findings and recommended solutions to customers.
• Design customized protection plans based on client needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and service.
• Follow up on leads and generate referrals.
• Prepare service agreements and document using company tools.
• Manage your sales pipeline to meet income and performance goals.
