Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in Culpeper, VA to perform comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections and recommend termite protection options. You will build trusted relationships with homeowners, explain findings clearly, and design customized protection plans to fit each home and family.

You’ll work independently in the field, meet performance goals, and participate in award-winning training with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; training/licensing covered by company.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to conduct interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity and conditions increasing risk.
• Educate customers about findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on customer needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and customer service.
• Follow up on leads and generate referrals.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company tech.
• Manage schedule and sales pipeline to meet income and performance goals.
