Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Maintenance Operator to safely maintain and operate the terminal and provide timely documentation. The role involves union onboarding within 60 days, overseeing tanker loading/unloading, plant scale operations, and routine inspections, alongside general maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

Excellent safety adherence, teamwork, and flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends are essential for success at this Ohio facility.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to work in a safety-conscious environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Join the union within 60 days of hire.
• Oversee loading/unloading of tanker trucks.
• Operate plant scales weighing tanker trucks.
• Perform routine facility inspections.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping.
• Work with hand tools and power equipment.
